There are points in Lincoln’s life that are skimmed over in this book, but covered in much more vivid detail in A.LINCOLN, but again, this book is free and is perfect for anyone wanting to know more about Lincoln’s life. The biography in which I recently finished, A.LINCOLN, is much broader in terms of the depth and details that it goes into with Lincoln’s life. They were there, and offered good insight into him, but I thought by the description of the book that it was going to entirely be that way and it really wasn’t, but was rather a biography with quotes added in here and there. I was slightly disappointed in this because I thought it was going to have more quotes from the people who knew Lincoln than it did.
